존 엘리엇이 산뜻한 색감이 돋보이는 2019 프리폴 컬렉션을 선보인다. 무더운 여름 날씨에 대비하는 기능성 의류를 중점에 둔 이번 컬렉션은 나일론 윈드 브레이커, 클라이밍 쇼츠, 애니멀 프린트 쇼츠 등 건조가 빠르고 통기성이 높은 아이템들로 구성됐다. 존 엘리엇은 “이탈리아의 아말피 코스트에 해안 도로를 달리던 중, 나라면 이런 무더운 날씨에 무슨 옷을 입기 원할까?”라는 생각에서 컬렉션이 시작됐다고 밝혔다.
이번 컬렉션의 또 다른 특징은 다양한 브랜드와의 협업이 포함됐다는 점이다. 일본 기반의 브랜드 블랙 민즈, M･A･R･S와 함께 제작한 라이더 재킷과 가죽 액세서리, 나이키와 협업한 르브론 아이콘 시리즈의 새 컬러웨이 ‘볼트’를 만나볼 수 있다.
무더운 여름에 입기 좋은 쇼츠부터 서늘한 가을에 걸치기 좋은 재킷까지, 다양한 아이템으로 구성된 프리 폴 컬렉션은 오는 4월 23일부터 6월까지 매주 순차적으로 공식 온라인 스토어를 통해 발매될 예정이다.
