Hypebeans Unveils New Pop-Up Experience at THE SOUTHSIDE
Hypebeans, a communal destination serving quality coffee, announces the opening of its latest pop-up location at THE SOUTHSIDE, bringing its signature coffee experience and an updated menu to the vibrant neighborhood. Starting July 14 and running until October 13, 2025, visitors can enjoy Hypebeans’ artisanal beverages and exclusive food offerings for three months.
To mark the launch, Hypebeans is bringing back its summer favorite special, Golden Black (HK$55). This refreshing, citrusy cold coffee creation features a creamy, frothed mixture of americano and yuzu puree, delivering a light, beer-head-like foam without milk, and is finished with invigorating lemon zest.
Complementing its beverage menu, Hypebeans has partnered with Midnight Bread Club, a local artisan sourdough bagel bakery, to bring an exclusive, specially curated bagel flavor – Corned Beef Cheese Sourdough Bagel (HK$52), a savory nod to classic Hong Kong “cha chaan teng” flavors, featuring corned beef and cheese, topped with sesame seeds.
Additionally, the pop-up will also feature Midnight Bread Club’s bestseller: Double Cheese Ham Sourdough Bagel, a perfect everyday option with baked mozzarella cheese on top and a cheddar cheese and ham slice filling.
As a special welcome, Hypebeans is offering a buy-one-get-one-free deal on all drinks from July 15 to July 17, 2025, while supplies last. Hypebeans invites its community and like-minded individuals to experience this new addition to the neighborhood’s dynamic culinary scene.
