애플이 애플 워치의 프로토타입을 아이팟 나노로 위장해서 운반했다는 흥미로운 소식이 전해졌다. 애플 소식 계정 @AppleDemoYT는 9월 2일, 트위터를 통해 스트랩이 제거된 애플 워치와 일련번호가 적힌 실리콘 케이스의 사진을 게시했다. 그는 애플이 애플 워치의 프로토타입을 숨기기 위해 아이팟 나노와 닮은 실리콘 케이스에 넣어 운반했다고 설명했다. 실제로 많은 사용자가 아이팟 나노 6세대를 손목 시계처럼 활용했던 만큼, 애플이 애플 워치를 아이팟 나노로 위장했다는 내용이 충분히 납득이 가는 상황. 아이팟 나노로 위장한 애플 워치 사진은 아래에서 확인할 수 있다.
